Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Yoink Technologies LLC ("Yoink," "we," "us") for your use of yoinkgolf.com and the Yoink app. By using Yoink you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Yoink.
What Yoink does
Yoink watches public tee sheets for the courses you choose and alerts you when a time that matches your filters opens up. Yoink does not book, hold or sell tee times. Bookings are made directly with the course or its booking provider, under their terms, prices and cancellation policies.
No guarantee of availability
Tee times can be booked by someone else at any moment, and course websites change without notice. We work hard to be fast and accurate, but we can't guarantee that every opening will be caught, that an alert will arrive by a particular time, or that a time will still be available when you try to book it.
Your account
You need an email address to sign in. Keep access to it secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Yoink.
Acceptable use
- Don't use Yoink to resell tee times or to book times you don't intend to play.
- Don't scrape, copy or redistribute Yoink's data or alerts, or try to interfere with or overload the service.
- Don't share accounts or misuse referral or promo codes.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Beta, plans and pricing
Yoink is currently in a free beta. Features may change while we build. When paid plans launch, we'll show the price and terms before you're charged, and nothing will be billed without your agreement.
Courses and third parties
Course names, prices and details come from public sources and booking providers and may be incomplete or out of date. Yoink isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any course or booking provider unless we say so.
Disclaimers
Yoink is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yoink will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for missed tee times or lost opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to Yoink is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $50.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; if a change is material we'll let you know in the app or by email, and the updated date will appear above. You can stop using Yoink at any time and ask us to delete your account.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
SMS Terms (text alerts)
- Program. Yoink tee-time text alerts. When a tee time opens that matches one of your watches, we text you the course, date, time and a link to book.
- Opting in. Texts are optional. You opt in by adding your mobile number in the app's Settings, checking the consent box and confirming the number with a one-time code. Agreeing to texts isn't required to use Yoink.
- Frequency. Message frequency varies with your watches and how often matching times open. Quiet hours and mute in Settings apply to texts.
- Cost. Yoink doesn't charge for texts. Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier.
- Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You'll get one confirmation, then no more texts unless you reply START. You can also turn text alerts off or remove your number in Settings.
- Help. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@yoinkgolf.com.
- Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy. Your number is used only for Yoink alerts. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
